Move&Flow unable to retrieve funds

I attended the 1st weekend of Primavera and topped up 50 euro on the app as I thought Id be using the self service through the festival. Due to the massive ques and the fact you have to pay separately when ordering drinks at the main tent I'm left with money on the account. However when I've tried to retrieve my funds using the same bank account which I topped up with it wont allow me to get my money back. There is no help on the app that I can raise the issue with and I've contacted Primavera directly but have yet to get a reply. Has anyone else had the same problem & managed to solve it ?

I'm having the same issue. I sent a message to S.A damm on their website but nothing back. I have found this email on the app (dpo@dammcorporate.com) so going to give this one a try now. I have been reading about IBAN discrimination and how it's quite common in Spain. It is also illegal and they should be accepting our refunds with no issues.
Have you managed to resolve yours yet?

Tried the email you’ve added and still to hear anything. I’ll let you know if I manage to find a solution 👍

So just received a reply from the moveandflow@damm.es email I sent and they’re saying the refunds should appear in the same bank account I topped up with this week. So hopefully that should be it sorted.
