Hey everyone, I am looking for a villa in Dubai for the family, something with a bit of outdoor space and room for the kids to run around. The problem is the market here is massive, and every agent I talk to just wants to close a deal fast without really listening to what I actually need. How are you all finding the right place without getting swamped by pushy sales calls?

Drive through the community at different times of the day before you commit, a place that looks serene at noon can be a nightmare of construction noise or traffic at five in the afternoon. Spend a couple of hours just watching how things flow, and you will learn more than from any polished sales deck.
