Festivales ATP (All Tomorrow's Parties)

Buenas, pese a ser novato por este foro, algunos ya me conocen del antiguo foro del fib.

Vamos al meollo, ando buscando alguien "o algo", llamemoslo persona, que quiera venirse al ATP vs Fans. Si ya de por si me jode perderme este año el PS, menos me gusta tener que pagar dos entradas para ir al ATP, aunque bueno, después de lo contado por Jackster y algunos más, casi que uno se lo piensa. Así que si alguien se anima a ir (ya ando acosando a uno de los de por aquí) y no le importa que le acompañe, que avise.

After a short delay here's the second chart tally for Fans Strike Back! As specified before every two weeks we will approach the top 2 bands in the voting and ask them to play the festival. If they can't do it for some reason, we approach the next two. Keep checking back here for news on how it's going. At the moment we've confirmed Beirut and we've got an offer out to My Bloody Valentine!

UPDATES ON FAN VOTE OFFERS

Some updates on how the offers are going to the bands The Fans are voting for…

Kraftwerk are sadly too expensive.

The Knife are not touring in 2009, so are unavailable.

The Flaming Lips are also unavailable.

MF Doom is unavailable due to passport issues.

Therefore we are now making offers to:

FLIGHT OF THE CONCHORDS

and we still have an offer out to

MY BLOODY VALENTINE

o porque no rebajan el pedazo de caché que deben tener.
Diría que el ATP trabaja con un presupuesto muy ajustado para los festivales y tiran de caché y de la estrategia del marketing del "Curated by" para ajustar el caché de los artistas. Vamos, dudo que Devo cobren lo mismo que se debió llevar muerto cuando actuaron en el Sónar o FIB del año pasado.

Esto de que pongan al día a la peña en cuanto a negociaciones con las bandas me parece genial, ahora me pregunto que tan genial les parecera a los artistas, igual dar esa oportunidad a los fans de intermediar tanto en el cartel y mantenerlos al tanto de porque es factible o no alguna contratación, vamos admirable.

Many of you will be very pleased to know that ELECTRIC WIZARD are now confirmed to join Beirut on the Fans voted side of the lineup!

Sadly My Bloody Valentine and Flight Of The Conchords are unavailable. However if you remember we also have offers out to M83, Wolf Parade, Magnetic Fields and Marnie Stern, and we hope to be able to confirm a few of these in the next couple of days so keep checking back for more news!
