In Decay provides a fascinating alternative routemap for the idiosyncratic journeys of New Jersey producer Seth Haley — aka Com Truise — through the history of electronic music. A compilation of unreleased, early recordings, In Decay encompasses 13 tracks that have previously been either only available as demos online or are entirely unheard tracks dating from before Haley's official releases — his debut Cyanide Sisters EP, its follow-up full-length Galactic Melt, and last year's Fairlight EP.
While the '80s-influenced synth sounds, rubbery basslines and sci-fi flavors that inform Haley's later work are in full effect here, they're assembled in manners different enough to make this both a fine record in its own right, and also a fascinating insight into the development of the distinctive Com Truise sound. It also finds the producer exploring a number of facets of that sound, from 8-bit influenced experimentalism to distinctly danceable beats — often within the confines of the same track.

después te hago unas pinceladas sobre la fiesta intergalactic Fm, pero yo creo que si hay uno de los artistas que puede gustar a todos los públicos es LOUD-E, un nostálgico de la música disco y del vinilo, en su maleta desde clásicos de la disco music, italo, 70's rare discs... y en una piscina, buen rollo y fiesta asegurada.

a lo de bruce en el hilo de festivales:
Bueno a lo mejor no me explicado bien, quería decir que el outlook lo han enfocado más a "bass music de corte clásico", es decir el de toda la vida, dub, drum & bass, jungle, dubstep, UKF, dancehall… y que el dimension lo han enfocado más a todas las mutaciones que ha parecido la bass music en los últimos años (future garage - Synkro, Submerse, wonky - Rustie, Zomby , dubtech - Basic Channel, 2562 o la amplia y donde se ha ido metiendo todo hasta que ya no ha tenido sentido post-dubstep - Burial, Mount Kimbie, Sepalcure…) y que muchos de estos artistas (Scuba, Joy Orbison...) lo han utilizado de pasarela y ahora mismo están haciendo "house" o "techno" con todas sus variantes, pero realmente el núcleo fuerte es volver a la música electrónica de los 90's, todo vuelve.

Está claro, en electronica las modas siempre son pasajeras, y acaban siempre en lo mismo, Techno y House, el Dubstep para muchisimos de los artitas más en boga ahora mismo, solo fue, eso, la lanzadera para volver a las raices, a lo que realmente siempre quisieron hacer, los estilos clásicos.

si vosotros lo decís… yo es que todavía no sé diferenciar el techno del house, así que ya no hablemos de garage, wonky o dubtech.
lo que me hace gracia es que continuamente habláis de garrafa y todavía no sé exactamente a qué os referís. algún ejemplo para ilustrarme? -

Y conste que yo con la garrafa del primer ejemplo me lo he pasado teta hace un tiempo, pero es que cansa tanto......Con la del segundo jamás, me parece que no tiene ni gracia.
Diferenciar el Techno y el House siempre ha sido jodido, hay musica que anda en la frontera y es estrecha, a finales de los 80 , principios de los 90 era muy dificil identificar aquel house que ya iba evolucionando hacia lo que acabaria siendo el techno puro del propio house.

yo siempre he diferenciado el house del tecno por la temperatura que provoca: house es caliente y temperamental y el tecno más frio y cerebral, experimental, no sé qué pensais

Estoy completamente de acuerdo, un ejemplo habla por si solo, Sandwell District, Surgeon o LFO contra Frankie Knuckles , Moodyman o Todd Terry.
