Everyone Everywhere is a band from Philadelphia. The band has written two full lengths and two EPs, each containing a number of songs. The songs have an energy to them, and the lyrics are usually about something, though sometimes they may be about nothing. We, the listeners, can all decide that these songs mean to us whatever we feel they should mean to us. We can let the songs soothe us and wash over us like a revitalizing cure from a sulfur spring, or we can let them punch us in the stomach and force us to vomit up that which ails us. Or, we can scoff and ignore, we can decide, “No thanks, this isn’t for me.” That is fine. Everyone Everywhere’s songs deal in common ‘Rock & Roll’ structures, at least with regard to tonality and rhythm. Occasionally there are moments when nuance emerges from these familiar musical shapes, and it becomes easy to engage with the band’s lyrics about meaninglessness, death, or some vague notion of the future, and the listener just might feel it appropriate to say, “Hey man, this song rocks. I dig this. Sometimes I think about the same shit. Sometimes I feel the same way. And that’s cool man.”

Home-written, recorded and mixed by himself with just the final mastering courtesy of Howie Weinberg, Electric Hawaii is a unique beast - it is not the singer-songwriter solo album of a former punk rock band singer. It's a further exploration of Kody's musical journey into a lively, engaging world of carefully crafted sonic layers of light and dark. It's an album about love, DIY, drugs and freedom.
The new direction and new sounds incorporate what Kody terms as an overt attempt to add some of his personal Polynesian background to his blend of beatnik psychedelica made from out of context genres, surf rock to the Velvet Underground, modern and ancient electronica and jazz.

Poor Moon is a band comprised of longtime friends Christian Wargo, Casey Wescott, and brothers Ian and Peter Murray. And Poor Moon is the title of their full-length debut. But before there was a band or a record, there was the music, a series of songs forged by Christian Wargo over a period of several years. That’s one of the things that makes Poor Moon sound so special: this band grew out of the songs, not vice-versa.
“I’ve known Christian for so long, and have loved his songwriting as long as I’ve known him,” says Wescott. The two men previously played together in Pedro the Lion and Crystal Skulls; both are members of Fleet Foxes. For the past few years, he and the Murray brothers had been transfixed by the solo recordings Wargo periodically shared with them. “We wanted to be part of that in some way, to help out and be creative.”
