Yo estaba muy predispuesto a que no me gustara, pero me entró más bien de lo esperado en un principio y después de la salida del disco de Earl, me acabó convenciendo. Abono las tesis de manel con este disco.

El de Oneohtrix ¿por qué? Lo estoy escuchando ahora y tiene partes salvables, pero en general… uf....

El método de la anti-recomendación (hola manel!), la prueba del algodón de la música de calidad. El año que viene no seguiré listas, me bastará con que FUN y risingson me pasen un listado mensual a pachas con los discos que les gustan y los que no. La criba perfecta.

Así me gusta, que alguien se acuerde de Emma. Ya estaba mosqueado pensando que jo sería el único que pondría el disco de la Niblett en la lista de los mejores del 2013.
También me sorprende mucho que 'The Terror' y 'Monomania' salgan tan poco en las listas de los medios.

Pues yo este año he coincidido por primera vez con la Pitchfork en el número uno para Vampire Weekend. Me ha hecho ilusión.
Mi podio lo completarían Nick Cave y Phosphorescent, seguidos de cerca por Kurt Vile.
También hay que decir que los de Bill Callahan y Neko Case, sin estar del todo mal, han recibido unas atenciones muy por encima de sus méritos. Todo lo contrario que ha pasado con el disco doble de Cass McCombs.
Más discos que han sonado bastante en mi casa a la hora de comer: Mavis Staples, Steve Earle, North Mississippi All-Stars.
Otros ejemplos que, sin ser discazos, son dignos de mención: Ducktails, Dr. Dog, White Denim. Y el de Yo La Tengo también.

como cada año, bastante bien la lista de decibel. quizás el de nails un poco abajo, y se han dejado a lumbar y algún otro editado también en southern lord (agrimonia, hessian, power trip…), pero han incluído mierda muy destacable y no han dado cabida a la mariconada de los dillinger escape plan:
