They will be high on the bill but not headliners, the big ones will be announced in January

Since this year leitmotiv is "Primavera is 15" we are thinking that maybe there is going to be one poster during the next fifteen weeks. But, who knows!

That would extend beyond the usual "Gala" reveal at the end of January though. I'm guessing not ?

So we have The Strokes and Ride for Barcelona and Patti Smith and Ride for Porto. According to Gabi (on twitter) they already have booked the complete line-up ("cartel cerrado").
Will there be any more confirmations in 2014 or do we have to wait for the "Gala" in 2015? -

pretty sure that julie ruin are part of the lineup. they're gonna be in europe at the end of may (also, hold your breath, there's a facebook-comment about primavera that got a like from them. now back to real life).

The full line-up of the fifteenth anniversary of Primavera Sound will be revealed through an application for mobile devices of which the contents will be disclosed on Wednesday 21st January, although it is already available for free pre-download and the festival recommends that all those who want to discover the exclusive preview of the extensive list of artists who will perform at the festival download it right away.
Primavera Sound and Heineken will present “Line-App” in public with an act that will take place from 7pm (GMT+1) on the aforementioned date in the Sala Apolo of Barcelona, where those present will discover first hand all the details of the line-up and see an exclusive show by the British band Cinerama backed by an impressive formation of twelve musicians, followed by guest djs on the decks. Heineken, Primavera Sound’s strategic partner, will offer finger food and beer for all those who attend.
Those of you who wish to come to the celebration can get an invitation on the Primavera Sound Portal from this Wednesday 14th January at 12pm until full capacity is reached. There will also be a small number of physical invitations available in La Botiga del Primavera Sound in Barcelona (Ases, 1) on the same day at 1pm.
