como se queda la gente que ha comprado las entradas a través de Festicket y todavía no han logrado obtenerlas o tampoco recibir la devolucion de los montos? estoy hace mas de 3 meses me poniendo en contacto con la organizacion pero todavia no me dieron ninguna solución

Da igual que tengamos el PDF con la entrada y tal, no? Yo tengo el mail de Festicket con los PDFs y tal pero entiendo que ya no valen? A ver si llega ese mail y aclara las cosas. Gracias! -
que pasa con festicket que no me he enterado, yo recibi los pdf por mail y en la app aparecen los qr??
