Facing federal charges for financial stuff
-
Hey everyone, I am in the US and got pulled into some investigation involving financial records at my old job. Nothing has been filed yet, but I am freaking out because I have never dealt with anything like this. Do I even need a lawyer now, or should I wait until they actually charge me with something?

Waiting until charges are filed is the worst move you can make, by that point the feds have been building their case for months and you are already behind. A white collar crime lawyer who knows how federal investigations work can step in early and sometimes stop charges before they ever happen https://arkadybukhlawfirm.com/ . Get representation now, even if you think nothing will come of it.

Do not talk to any investigators without your attorney present, no matter how casual or friendly they seem. They are not on your side, and even innocent explanations get twisted into evidence.
