Calabria me encanta, entre Marsen Jules y Tim Hecker, con ese sonido del mar de fondo y esa melodía de fin del mundo que te atrapa y no te soltará jamás.

    When notoriously prolific multi-instrumentalist Kenseth Thibideau (Sleeping People, Howard Hello, Pinback) invited Sacramento native Zac Nelson (Who's Your Favorite Son God, Faulouah) to collaborate on a new endeavor, the two could not possibly have expected the results to be this arresting. Produced at home by the group, Prints resists precious tendencies, building from the unvarnished performances and otherworldy themes. The lyrics - often improvised and laid down live in one or two takes - create a lucid, dreamlike environment, marrying disparate images into fantastic and sometimes comical scenarios. Prints is that rarest of pop records, consistently rewarding with repeated listens - the distorted thumb piano lingering in the background on "Easy Magic" and the stereophonic vocal counterpoint throughout are particularly stunning. Its soul shines long after the hook has been worn down.

    Este disco que dejo por aquí no suena nada mal. Se podría describir como un pop algo psicodélico pero a la vez tranquilo. Creo que os puede gustar si os gustan Sunset Rubdown, Oneida, Electrelane (y un poco a Thee more shallows)

    Este va un poco de frikada. Si te gustan Meneguar, Woods o The Vanishing Voice estás de suerte (sobre todo tu llorch). Algunos miembros de estos grupos se juntan y sacan este disco en el sello Release The Bats.

    Pos yo no considero a Babyshambles un hype. Casi no se habla de ellos, sólo de las correrías de su líder, un tío al que le tengo cierto respeto como músico(tampoco nada exagerado, no nos pasemos, pero por encima de cualquier otro inglés de su generación ). Igual le pego un par de escuchas a este disco. Gracias.
