windows, me ocurre con todo.

mira que no hayas cambiado el idioma sin querer. supongo que será en panel de control.
si no prueba a reiniciar (si no lo has hecho ya), a mi una vez me pasó algo similar, reinicié y todo como si nada.

dale a control + shift (las teclas de la derecha). Prueba un par de veces si te cambian los caracteres pero aún no son los buenos.
