Que pena que SSG aka Rutger Hauer no viva en Londres, porque anoche habría experimentado una verdadera epifanía si llega a estar viendo el concierto que Spiritualized dieron en el Roundhouse de Londres, sentado al lado de Bobbie Gillespie, como me sucedió a mi anoche de manera bastante casual.
2h30 en las que el viaje a traves de todo el repertorio de la banda fue una leccion magistral de sutileza, psicodelia, rock…

Envidia, envidia, envidia. Ya hace bien Jackster de no entrar en este hilo. A ver si es verdad y podemos escuchar alguna grabación, o por lo menos el setlist. Por cierto, Jason Pierce nos debe un concierto en condiciones después de lo tacaño que fue en el último PSound.

We have a very small amount of extra tickets available to sell on the door at the Death Grips / The Bug show tonight at London's Electric Ballroom. We have also added an opener to the show - Ratking. Here are the stage times:

7:30pm > Doors
8:00pm / 8:30pm > RATKING
8.45pm / 9.30pm > THE BUG
10:00pm > DEATH GRIPS
11:00pm > Show Curfew

Note Death Grips may come on slightly earlier, just after The Bug, so please arrive in good time!

Muy bien. Propuesta interesante aunque un poco pancha. Quiero decir, bases pregrabadas, un animal tocando bombo y caja y nada mas y el nigga derrochando flow y sudor. Se acabó. Menos agresivo de lo que me esperaba, por momentos glorioso.

A mi como experiencia me gusto, me parecio potente, bastante agresivo, aunque en lo musical me parecio que no supieron llevar los temazos que tienen al directo.

Por cierto Dan viste cuando el chalado empujo a la pobre chica de The Bug??

muy bestias y la parroquia totalmente entregada. para ser un concierto de hip hop agradecí que se dejasen de make some noise y put your hands in the air.
45 minutos de briza y fulgor absoluto y adiós. como tiene que ser, joder. si siguen a ese ritmo no les van a quedar ni los huesos.

por cierto, próximo bolo ya anunciado para principios de mayo en el hmv forum. me da a mí que esta vez sí que los veremos en el primavera.

pd: estaba pensando yo ahora mismo que serían una magnífica banda sonora para el fin de mundo.

Oklahoma alt-rockers The Flaming Lips have announced a brace of headline shows at London's Roundhouse on Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st May 2013.
Wayne Coyne and co have been involved in re-imagining classic prog and psych albums and having released their 2010 cover collaboration of 'The Dark Side of the Moon', the Lips are now helping to interpret King Crimson's 'In the Court of the Crimson King' first released in 1969.
Apparently the band intend to follow their latest offering up with The Who's 'Tommy', Can's 'Tago Mago' and the Grateful Dead's 'Anthem of the Sun'.
As well as this work with other artists the band are currently preparing for the release of their fifteenth album 'The Terror'.
Tickets are priced at £32 and will go on sale at 9am on Friday 16th November, and eGigs will have links to buy them then
