    Al de Mac Demarco le falta el tema 4. Lo he descargado de otras webs y lo mismo. Parece que la versión que se ha filtrado no tiene ese tema.

    No creo que en este caso haga falta aunque como estoy de acuerdo con el comentario, lo aplico.

    Dead Combo – A Bunch Of Meninos (2014)

    Dead Combo is a Portuguese Folk musical band formed in 2002–3 following their contribution in a tribute album to the late Portuguese guitar player Carlos Paredes. The album was called Movimentos Perpétuos and Dead Combo played a song called "Paredes Ambience". The band was officially created soon after.

    Their debut album Vol. I was released in 2004. Their music mixes fado with spaghetti western-inspired music (especially the compositions of Ennio Morricone), jazz, alternative and world music. Both their albums (the second being Vol. II - Quando a alma não é pequena, were released in early 2006 through their own newly founded publishing company Dead & Company in partnership with Universal Records Portugal). These albums are very "visual", having strong musical allusions to the underground and inspiring Lisbon of past times, the aesthetic worlds of design, art, and most of all cinema.

  • En newalbumreleases ya está el nuevo de los Pixies, pero por lo que veo no es más que los tres eps con el orden de las canciones cambiado.

    Muchos se alegrarán de que el disco de los Pixies sea un recopilatorio de los tres epés y que no torturen con más canciones nuevas. El nuevo material, aunque ni se aproxime de cerca a sus anteriores trabajos, les ha quedado desde mi punto de vista bastante digno. Mejor de lo que esperaba. Llevo esperando años que sacasen nuevas canciones y nunca he tenido ese terror de algunos a que mancillasen su impecable trayectoria con una obra menor. Lo que hicieron está ahí y ahí seguirá, si lo nuevo es más flojo y no te gusta, pues nada, no lo escuches y sigue tirando de Doolitle o Surfer Rosa. Como mucho te puede dar por culo que en los conciertos te toquen algunas nuevas. Un mal menor.

    Slasher Flicks by name alone is not what it appears to be. Scrambled horror film soundtracks? Not even remotely. A bunch of East Coasters making their quintessential LA album? No, more like escape from LA, say guitar-wielding lead singer Avey Tare (of Animal Collective), keyboard player and singer Angel Deradoorian (of Dirty Projectors, Deradoorian), and drummer Jeremy Hyman (of Ponytail, Dan Deacon). If LA is an environment to get lost in, as they claim, this group sewing roots in SoCal have become lost in the best way: relocating and reinventing sounds they’re already skilled in making, sounds that as Avey Tare says, are not only regionally unrestricted but that “come from a place that’s not human.”

    Having composed the bones of these eight songs on acoustic guitar, Avey Tare invited Deradoorian to create melodic lines to flesh them out. Then, enter Hyman, whose backgrounds in painting and music proved his rare combo of flexibility and acuity, “free but structured”. Uniquely its own “jazz power trio,” Slasher Flicks produced and recorded the songs live at the Lair studio using only minimal overdubs; the live sound being key to Slasher Flicks’ spooky dynamism.

    While their sound is monstrous and there are nightmarish moments peppering the lyrics and melodies, Little Fang’s clean guitars, soft everything and special smoke called "PYT" blown into the tape machine shows off spirits conjured from sweeter worlds.
