    We probably let this CD sit around at TSB headquarters for a little bit too long, unaware of the glorious music contained within. We expected a four-piece instrumental band from Iceland to be going through the motions of Sigur Ros worship, but what awaits the listener on the Reistu thig vid, Solin er Komin a Loft... is an hour's worth of powerful, emotive instrumental rock that totally avoids the Scandinavian sound. Five tracks challenge the ten minute mark, and there's no shortage of ambition of clarity on this hot debut release. For a Minor Reflection is highly recommended for fans of Mogwai, Caspian, Pg. Lost.

    Otro interesante EP del 2007: el de Bridezilla, grupo de muchachas que estará presente en el futuro ATP de New York (y pronto de actualidad, que editan su LP de debút en septiembre). A mi me suena, salvo el primer tema, como si PJ Harvey hubiese contratado a los Bad Seeds de la época "No more shall we part" (no en vano, son las protegidas de Warren Ellis).
