Of Montreal han pegado un cambio estilístico desde hace un par de discos. El disco más recomendable es quizás Satanic Panic in the Attic, justo en el que empiezan a dejar atrás el rollo más elephant 6 y se dan a la fiesta. Si te van las canciones más tranquilas de ese disco, ves hacia atrás en su discografía. Si te van las más bailongas, ves hacia delante

No es por mi firma ni por ná, pero tengo la esperanza de que este año los veamos en el PS.

Pues yo los he descubierto con el último disco, pero en un mes los tres últimos ya sacan fuego. Como muy bien me indicó Alrom, muy recomendable el "Satanic Panic in the Attic". Es una pasada la letra de "Chrissie kiss the corpse", de lo más grotesco-divertido que he podido escuchar. El último disco lo veo tan bueno como los dos anteriores.
Ahora estoy intentando entrar en su discografía anterior, sobretodo he escuchado el "Coquelicot asleep in the poppies" i déu n'hi do como se les va la pinza, eso sí, hay canciones muy personales como la última "The hopeless opus or the great battle of the unfriendly ridiculous", un solo de piano de 17 minutos que recuerda el music-hall y las películas mudas. Cosas que no esperarías en un disco de pop, pero aun así no deja de serlo. Aun me quedan muchos discos para escuchar, tienen una discografía muy extensa.
Confio en que nos visitarán esta primavera.

Edito: no es un solo, porque en medio de la canción canta un momento.

Yo empecé a escucharlos con el Sunlandic Twins, y rápidamente me hice con el resto de discos. Todos son muy buenos. Ojalá estén en el cartel de este año.

A mí el último cada semana que pasa me gusta más, y eso que al principio no fue muy bien acogido por aquí.. Y la pasada de 'The Past Is A Grotesque Animal', pues eso, una gozada que hay que escuchar en directo sí o sí (para acabar el concierto pre-bises sería la hostia).

Es uno de los que, si no están en el cartel este año, me llevaría una decepción. Tienen que estar.

Uf, esa canción es una pasada y me tiene enganchada desde el primer día.

Y la letra no se queda corta, sobre todo pensando en el reciente divorcio y tal (sobre todo me encanta cuando grita ese "How can I explain I need you here and not here too"):

Total, que al final he tenido que darle al play y actualizar la firma… Otro más para la plataforma. A ver si el lunes el Mr mueve este post del OFF al apartado PS´07.

Ya había leído la letra, pero ahora al volver a leerla he representado la canción entera en mi cabeza y al final he tenido que buscarla y darle al play. Total, que yo también me he actualizado la firma, a ver si hay suerte. Eso sí, me he mentalizado para no decepcionarme.

Me apunto al escenario nudista (lo siente breed, ya veo que a ti esto no te a hecho nada de gracia hasta te has cambiado la firma), y si es con of montreal mejor.

Jajajajaa… Con no ponerme en las primeras filas imagino que todo solucionado, por si acaso. Con todo, en la firma sigo manteniendo mi apoyo total a la causa, un concierto de esta gente puede ser algo totalmente imprevisible (y por lo que se está escribiendo de su gira actual, una pasada).
