Sí que es de traca sí… Dj Olive es finísimo, colaboró con el proyecto Keystone de Dave Douglas y creo que es el mejor dj que he visto metiendo cosas en un proyecto de "jazz" (por decir algo), muy lejos del típico escratcheador palillero. Vamos, que me compro la entrada tb.

Por si álguien no lo sabia aún, Nels Cline Singers ha cancelado su gira europea prevista para esta primavera-verano. Entre sus actuaciones estaba el festival de Jazz de Vic (Barcelona).

Hot Cup Records is proud to release Slippery Rock, the fifth studio album by the acclaimed quartet, Mostly Other People Do the Killing (MOPDtK). This new group of compositions penned by bassist/composer/bandleader Moppa Elliott, were inspired by a lengthy immersion in the smooth jazz recordings of the late 1970s and 1980s. While many purists, academics, fans, and the members of this ensemble dismiss much of this music as superficial, commercial, and pandering, there are musical elements present that are unique to the genre. In order to expand the range and repertoire of the ensemble, Elliott extracted certain idiomatic phrases, harmonies and embellishments to incorporate into his own compositions.

Es con Jason Moran,a mi no me dijo mucho el Equality cuando lo escuché igual debería darle otra oportunidad.

Hasta Mayo no hay nada que me interese, Atomic, Miguel Zenón, Vandermark & Agustí y Pat Martino El Miguel Zenón no lo había visto la primera vez que leí la programación, muchas ganas de verle con el proyecto de Rayuela.
