- Un re-up del disco nuevo de Blitzen Trapper cuyo enlace is no longer available.
- Si alguien halla el disco nuevo de Ezra Furman and the Harpoons llamado Inside the Human Body y del que se dice: "A great young voice emitting sarcastic and clever Midwestern angst with a lot of intelligence and a lot of heart" - NPR. "Falling somewhere between New York freak-folk guru Devendra Banhart and 'Juno' soundtrack heroine Kimya Dawson - with Jonathan Richman at the root of the whole genre" - The Chicago Sun-Times.

pues yo venia a pedir el year one de los blank dogs, un link que no sea el del ill formed, que me da un error en el itunes y solo puedo escuchar los primeros segundos de cada cancion.¿a alguien mas le ha pasado? el caso es que antes de meterlo en la biblioteca, borre todos los eps que tenia y ahora me he quedado sin blank dogs

Sí, me he quedado a medias.
Respecto al disco de Blitzen, es uno de los más reproducidos en mi itunes en las últimas semanas. Temazos de rock & roll y folk con sabor añejo. Con armonicas, camisas de cuadros y demás…
Si gusta, tengo por aquí el anterior trabajo: "Wild Mountain Nation" tal vez no tan inmediato como el Furr pero igual de disfrutable.

Ya lo tengo el "Wild Mountain Nation", gracias. Está chulo. Me gusta sobretodo su vertiente más heterodoxa, los temas más alucinados.

Sabato 18 ottobre i Calexico suonano al Rolling Stone di Milano per l'unica data del loro "Carried to dust european tour". Joey Burns e John Convertino presenteranno le canzoni del nuovo album, e Vinicio salirà sul palco per cantare con loro "Polpo", la bonus track contenuta sulla versione italiana del cd, e "La faccia della terra", l'ultimo brano composto per il nuovo
album di Vinicio "Da solo" (in uscita il 17 ottobre 2008) e registrato direttamente a Tucson, Arizona, proprio con i Calexico come band e con il loro produttore, JD Foster, dietro alla consolle. Insieme a Vinicio salirà sul palco dei Calexico anche il chitarrista Alessandro "Asso" Stefana, co-produttore musicale di "Da solo".
