me voy a meter en vuestra conversacion, si no os importa estoy deacuerdo con manel a medias, recuerda al bootleg reloaded de quasimoto en cuanto a estructura, pero la calidad de sonido esta a años luz, a mi me ha parecido uno de los discos mas "nitidos" de madlib, y en general un discazo, muy recomendable ademas para meterse en el universo madlibense si no lo conoces, ya que aunque es inevitable que frikee, aqui esta bastante comedido.

OK. No digo que sus remixes no puedan superar a los originales en ocasiones. De hecho coincido contigo con el artista que citas, pero con Madvillainy… era bastante bastante chungo superar aquello.

Not much as far as reviews go on this one. They do a killer cover of Dow Jones and the Industrials "Can't Stand the Midwest". 6 songs total, with the 3 on the flip being the stand-outs. Here's some more info in broken english:

Envuelto en un precioso diseño de una muñeca rusa, Matrioska Heart, segundo disco de la cantautora vasca Saioa, vuelve a colocar el listón muy alto. Dueña de una voz dolorida que recuerda a la de Thalia Zedek , los 60 minutos del segundo disco de Saioa demuestran lo que su debut ya había dejado bien claro: que en pleno florecimiento de la música folk con voz femenina al frente, ella tiene un espacio propio.

Por un lado, su registro vocal limita con la ex-Come, por el otro se mira en el espejo de Anari. No es ninguna de ellas, aunque maneja, como ambas, los recursos del minimalismo: una guitarra que suena desierto, un slide, un armónica muy de vez en cuando, incluso un acordeón. Punto y final: eso basta y sobra para emocionar y puntuar con sobresaliente.

Bueno, yo el de Saioa lo tengo en original desde hace tiempo ya. Creo que aparte de ser un discazo (a pesar de su longitud) tiene un artwork tan bonito que me sirve para decorar mi casa entre tanto mueble de IKEA.

Me lo estado escuchando un poco y aún no se que pensar… mejor, peor que "The Blue Notebooks" (de sus anteriores discos el más interesante) lo que esta claro es que es diferente, el disco tiene 24 piezas, muchas no pasan del minuto, como esbozos, ideas... tmb ha dejado un poco de lado la lectura literaria, hay más instrumentación,nuevos instrumentos (guitarra) y mucho más conceptual ya que 24 PostCards esta pensado para una videoinstalación:
