Lo de gas lamp killer fue el año pasado.
Lo de Kode9, es el showcase del sello Hyperdub el jueves en la sala Mondo, lo monta la gente de Plat du Jour.
Y bueno hay muchas cosas Off-Sonar, muchas muchas, algunas aquí:

manel, no se anunciaron, no. Gaslamp killer y Dorian Concept actuaban en el sonar, y por contrato no podían hacer más bolos. Hecha la ley hecha la trampa, claro.
Recuerdo que yo te comenté por mail que venía Samiyam pues tenía bolo con el Lotus días antes en londres y el rumor lógico de que Gaslamp saldría, viendo la proximidad con el Lotus. Lo que no me esperaba fue al Doriano que partió bastante el chavalillo.
Pozi, estuvo maja la party.

por cierto, si alguien quiere una edición especial del single de Niño, de dos singles 7 pulgadas, uno de ellos con los remixes de Mwëslee y el holandés Coco Bryce, que silbe cuanto antes. Sólo hay 155 copias disponibles y en 3 días ya hemos sobre pasado el hemisferio y quedan unas 70 copias sólo.

Creo que no me emocionaba tanto con una mezcla tan perfecta desde hacía tiempo, electrónica meets industrial meets Bargeld… brutal
Alguien tiene por ahí el EP o lo que sea?

hasta ahora solo había escuchado quejas al revés, jeje. Roxy Music, Jonsi, Caribou, Joy Orbison…
A estos son los que más ganas tengo de todo el sonar gallego además de Broadcast y LCD, y más porque Alva Noto estuvo aquí en Coruña con lo de Solaris hace poco y no pude ir. -

La Mary Anne Hobbs está que no hace popó con estos chavales residentes en Barna y que edita el sello de Barcelona Disboot (sello majo donde los haya). Además son jipis y ponen su disco para descargar por la feis sin pasar por el buk.

First up 'U Gumbu' starts out sounding like Autechre's 'Pro Radii' mixed with the sort of funk and soul displacment of James Blake's 'Air & Lack Therof' before lapsing into a crackling dub groove almost worthy of Rhythm & Sound's 'Distance'. Next 'Dirty Meinz' calls for the T++ comparison with mechanically shifted post-garage techno styles swamped in psyche-tumbled static while acousmatic voices croon from the ether. Meanwhile 'Inside Maverick's' takes a different route with distant bomb-drop bass implosions and shivering organic jazz percussion sinking slowly into a tense and ominous K-hole. Applying the finishing touch, 'Negative Green' finds a graceful tension between ultra compressed bass weight and wide-open dub space threaded with ethereal jazz signatures reminding of Biosphere's 'Dropsonde' set mutated to the nth degree and spliced with vocal glossolalia worthy of Burial. We're really, really into this 12" and any fans of hi-calibre, beats-driven electronica should pay it their full attention without fail. Highest recommendation.
