pues aquí os dejo lo que viene siendo un doble recopilata que the ex han sacado para conmemorar sus 30 años de carrera (1979-2008). está muy bien para hacerse una idea de como han evolucionado como grupo durante todos estos años ya que incluye canciones de casi todos sus discos. me hice con él en el último concierto que dieron en el apolo por el módico precio de 10 ecus. así da gusto!
el libreto incluye cifras increíbles sobre sus 30 años de carretera:
517 dutch concerts + 854 concerts abroad = 1371 total concerts

We Were Promised Jetpacks - These Four Walls
Add the Glaswegian four-piece We Were Promised Jetpacks (wicked band
name by the way) to the current craze for the thick Scottish brogue
(see The Twilight Sad, Frightened Rabbit, Glasvegas). Jetpacks formed
in Edinburgh in 2003, where they won over the ears of their classmates
at a high school battle of the bands competition. Their sound recalls
some of the cacophony of Mogwai but doesn't utilize too many fancy
guitar effects or song structures. The pummeling thrum of The Twilight
Sad or the wistful yearning of Frightened Rabbit is brought to mind
again on debut These Four Walls. The quartet is now creating torrential

me respondo a mí mismo. he estado buscando info sobre el disco y sí, tocan ricky falkner (standstill), santi y victor garcía (ultramarinos costa brava) y ramón & marc (madee). le estoy dando la primera escucha y no suena nada mal! muy en la línea de sus últimos discos.
