Eso pasa por haber hecho anteriormente discos muy buenos. Si Hawk Is Howling lo hubiera hecho otro grupo que no contara con la trayectoria de Mogwai quizás no hubiera decepcionado y se estaría hablando de "discazo". No es su mejor trabajo pero a mi gusta.

la lista del Pitchfork será un rollo, pero por lo menos es coherente con lo que vemos cada semana en su página. Otra cosa es que los periodistas del resto de medios deberian de dejar de leer Ptchforkmedia cada dia para que sus listas sean un poco distintas.
A mi este año me ha gustado, pero miro las listas de este año y me da ganas de apretar el reset.
Además cualquier lista donde no aparezcan los mil veces mencionados Robert Foster, Jonathan Richman o Joe Crepúsculo realmente no merece ser tenida demasiado en cuenta

¿Boomkat? Uff, sería muy raro que yo le hiciera caso a una tienda. ¡Pero si ponen el precio al lado y todo! No he tenido que leer mucho para confirmar mis sospechas, y el esperpento: en el número 4 nada más y nada menos que un recopilatorio con la discografía de un grupo. Ojo, a mí me parece maravilloso, pero creo que es injusto comparar lo que hace alguien durante 5 años (del '96 al 2000, además) con el resultado de enfrentarse a una hoja en blanco en 2008
otro asunto: me resultan bastante graciosos los comentarios del tipo: "ninguna lista vale un pimiento si no incluye a [Los Grupos Que A Mí Me Gustan]". El síndrome "nadie tiene ni puta idea si no opina como yo"

más que los gustos de cada uno (que algo de eso también hay), es que presuponer que nadie mayor de 30-40 años puede hacer nada que merezca la pena ser recordado da que pensar.
Pero asi son las listas, sobre todo las de medios on-line. Por eso no valen más que para el chiste
