    dios, vaya lapsus más gordo … cuando empecé a escucharlo recordé que el disco me lo había pasado una amiga francesa hace unos años, en un cd lleno de mp3s. ¡Cómo pude olvidarlo! El álbum es interesantísimo, claro que sí, lleno de recovecos, ecléctico, cortante por lo audaz en ciertos tramos ... Y, sin ser inmediato, ya sé por dónde ibas en el comentario que te hizo sacarlo a la luz

    Seguramente seré raro pero me cuesta entender algunas listas de revistas.
    Amanda Palmer, Chad Vangaalen entre otros como los Polka Dot Dot han sacado discos muy buenos y que cuentan con cierto pedigrí.
    Suerte que tendremos a Amanda en los Caprichos.

    Evidentemente más o menos coincido con la mayoría de listas que habéis puesto los foreros, más reales vaya. Pero era para no repetir los mismos nombres y poner cosas que destacaría de este 2008 pasado y no muy escuchadas por aquí.

  • El de Chad Vangaalen me gustó bastante, la verdad que en la primera criba de grupos lo tenía, pero al final salto, ya que la valoración la hacía más por lo de artista completo (diseño de portadas, videoclips, canciones, instrumentación) que por lo estrictamente músical, de todos modos disco interesante del 2008.

    A mi todas las listas de las revistas (los amigos de mis amigas son mis amigos) me parecen un aburrimiento, cortadas con la misma tijera y la misma billetera, excepto la de Wire de la que usualmente sólo conozco un 10%, esto no necesariamente significa que la Wire sea la creme de la creme (algunos de sus discos preferidos son insufribles) pero sí que es un buen aliciente para revisarla e ir descubriendo cosas, otras listas que son alegoricamente disfrutables y a descubrir son la de los amigos de Wfmu ( aconsejo especialmente la de Liz Berg, una chica muy mona que tuvo el detalle de incluirme en lo mejor del 2008, como mejor guía turístico virtual jaja ).
