    Christopher Owens, Girls.

    1. Without having to think I start typing about Yes, the album released By the Pet Shop Boys this year. It's super, it's fun and it's big and strong, like all the best things.

    2. My immediate number two is Cass McCombs Catacombs. Cass is one of my favourite song writers, I feel lucky to be able to call him my friend and an influence, this is one of his best so far.

    3. Smith Westerns Smith Westerns is definitely three for me, these boys are the future of pop rock, all I can say is look out for album two.

    4. I love Dinosaur Junior's new one Farm, I had the pleasure of seeing them play this year and really enjoyed it, I think they're really innovative with their music and it's just great guitar rock.

    5. My 5th would have to be Real Estate's Real Estate, I love to pop a couple good ones and just chill to this, great guys writing great songs and performing them tastefully, get into it baby.

    Pues me acabo de poner a los animalillos después de mucho tiempo y me están gustando xD. Voy a macharlos un poco hasta llegar a una conclusión más elaborada. Mis problemas con ellos se resumen en:

    1. No son un grupo súmamente accesible ni que se acerque a los estilos que suelo disfrutar más. Hay canciones que unos días me flipan y otros no quiero ni que me las mencionen.

    2. Cuando los vi en el Primavera me lo pasé muy bien (pero iba super borracho). Cuando los vi en Berlin me lo pasé bien pero me dió la sensación de que no acababan de arrancar (no sé si fue éste en el que tiraron de caras b y cosas rarunas, Trinxo estaba por ahi si no mal no recuerdo) y de que debería ir por lo menos más borracho.

    En definitiva, los voy a escuchar un poco más a modo de reflexión del año y la década.

    A próposito de la lista de Forest Gospel, para mi Clark es top ten.

    En cuanto a lo mejor de la década, y al hilo de la de Fact Magazine que ha puesto Manel, yo si lo pensara un poco creo que tambien le daría el número 1 al Untrue de Burial. Eso si, el 2 seria para el Merryweather de Animal Collective. Con el 3 ya tendría más dudas.
