Han abierto en Andorra una cervecería que se acaba de convertir en mi perdición. Sierra Nevada, Brewerdog 5 AM, Brewerdog Hardcore Ipa, Deus y tres o cuatro más que no recuerdo porque a estas horas estoy ya un poco perjudicado. Barato no: baratísimo. El puto paraíso.
Vale. Creo que es brewdog y no brewerdog. Jackster, hazme un greatest hits que mañana cobro.

No se, he probado muchisimas de esa cervecera, de la que soy accionista y todo
La Hardcore IPA es una pasada. 9,2º de lupulo en vena, superamarga, superrica.
La 5AM esta simplemente bien, de las que puedes repetir sin empezar a sentir la lengua como un estropajo.
La Deus es un lujo. Rollo compartir con tu pareja....
No se, dime cervezas y tal vez te pueda asesorar de mejor manera

Mi compra de hoy. La Tokyo va a ser mi ruina.

La Tokyo compartela o tomate solo esa y nada mas. Los 18º se notan una barbaridad.
La "mejor" cerveza de lo que has comprado, para mi, es la Rochefort 10. De hecho está considerada la 9 del mundo en Rate Beer y la 25 en Beer Advocate, Es una maravilla (y tambien se notan mucho sus 11,3ª) y además en relación calidad-precio, seguramente sea la nº1.
A mi me gusta mucho la Lupoo, pero es que el rollo IPA es lo que mas me gusta. En ese sentido, la Punk IPA es perfecta, ya que su graduación permite repetir.
Esas Rogue no las he probado, es una buena cervecera, pero algo irregular…
Si es una compra para varios colegas, lo mismo sales por la puerta grande, que te dicen que eso no es lo que esperan de una cerveza (de hecho, las de alta graduación, lo suyo es que se tomen a temperatura entre 10-12º para apreciar los matices, si, casi como si fuera un vino)

De la Tokyo me he hecho muy fan. Entra mucho mejor que la Paradox Isle of Arran (para ésta tengo que encontrar el momento y tomármelo con calma).
Me he aficionado también a la Sierra Nevada Torpedo.
Al final siempre acabo tirando de Ipas. Qué tal las Flying Dog?

Tengo por casa la Black Tokyo Horizon un blend entre las stout bandera de Mikkeller (Black), Brewdog (Tokyo) y Nogne O (Dark Horizon). Curioso el apreciar los matices que aporta cada una a la mezla.
Igual la Paradox Jura te entraria mejor que la Isle Of Arran. Es algo mas dulce y se nota mas el sabor que le da la barrica de whisky.
Hombre, la Sierra Nevada Torpedo es un cervezon…. Si, en el momento que abrazas el lupulo...no puedes dejarlo... ademas, es el estilo mas refrescanta. Stouts y Porters son para tomarlas mas sosegado y tranquilo.
Flying Dog tiene buenas birras. Me gusta la Horn Dog, un Barley Wine cojonudo. En IPAS, la Double Dog y la Raging Bitch tb están bien.
Estoy mirando de ir al Copenhague Beer Celebration, 3-4 mayo, perfectas fechas el año que viene, viendo el calendario....Las mejores cerveceras del mundo estarán allí.
