aparte de esta maravilla, en el rsd se editaron otras muchas cosas interesantes. el sabado colgaron un link en exystence con buena parte del material: nuevos eps de double dagger, thee oh sees, ty segall, titus andronicus; un single de superchunk, unos remixes del circles de moon duo a cargo de sun araw, eric copeland, umberto y cia, etc

lo compré hace un año en la tienda digital de kill rock stars, pero no sabía que habían editado el de elliott smith en formato físico. también han editado una edición muy chula en vinilo dorado del EP que sacaron low con dirty three hace la tira. que rabia que aquí en madrid sea casi imposible pillar casi nada de lo que se edita para el RSD, joder.

tampoco hacía a manel fan de elliott, mire usted que cosas.

Olivier Libaux one of the two producer behind the famous Nouvelle Vague project is in with a new unconventional album : Uncovered QOTSA.
This album contains 12 cover songs from the Queens of the Stone Age by some of the best women singers from all over the world like Emiliana Torrini, Alela Diane, Skye (Morcheeba), Inara George, Ambrosia Parsley (Shivaree), Clare Manchon (Clare and The Reasons), Gaby Moreno, Rosemary Standley (Moriarty), Susan Dillane…
This music project started in 2011 by Libaux (a French producer, author, composer and guitarist) with a goal to make a concept album dedicated to covers from the band around a dozen of songs.
After he was granted permission from Josh Homme (singer and guitarist from the Queens of the Stone Age), Libaux started the production of “Uncovered Queens of the Stone Age” where we will find only female singers.
