Hello friends… Our new LP/CD "One Less Heartless To Fear" will be released on Nov. 16th, 2010. It's our first album with Karate Body and Noise Pollution Records (and AfricanTape/Ruminance in Europe) - and it's been great to work with them. The album was recorded by Brian Lueken, Tim Iseler and Kevin Ratterman (+ the vinyl was plated by Bob Weston). We're also excited that Dan McCarthy created the artwork. ay madre.. delicioso tema nuevo (temazo) de Real Estate. Out Of Tune se llama, a medias con Daniel Lopatin de Oneohtrix Point Never y se puede escuchar en Gorillavsbear.
Qué ganas de escuchar nuevas canciones de Real Estate después del inolvidable concierto en el parc joan miró.. me pasa con esta banda como con Girls.. no dejo de escuchar sus canciones pero a la vez estoy con un hambre terrible de escuchar nuevo material.

Both sets have been long sought-after by collectors and fans worldwide, with The Witmark Demos seeing their first commercial release nearly five decades after they were first recorded, and The Original Mono Recordings returning to the marketplace for the first time ever on CD as well as on fully analogue 180-gram vinyl. Both are now available for pre-sale with an exclusive t-shirt and limited edition 18x24" Bob Dylan poster at SonyMusicDigital.com/bobdylan. You can also pre-order the CD or vinyl sets at Amazon.
The Witmark Demos features 47 Bob Dylan songs recorded by the artist accompanied only by his acoustic guitar, harmonica and occasionally piano on 2 CD or 4 LP 180-gram vinyl. All of these songs were written – and their subsequent demos recorded – before Bob Dylan turned 24 years old.
Among the many gems are 15 Bob Dylan songs that were recorded by the artist only for these sessions, and which have never been officially released to the public until now. These include the plaintive "Ballad For A Friend," the civil rights era-inspired "Long Ago, Far Away" and "The Death Of Emmett Till," and the poignant "Guess I'm Doing Fine."
The Original Mono Recordings is comprised of Bob Dylan's first eight long-playing albums, painstakingly reproduced from their first generation monaural mixes as the artist intended them to be heard. These eight albums – spanning the artist's self-titled debut in March 1962, through John Wesley Harding released on December 27, 1967 – are universally regarded as some of the most important works in the history of recorded music.
Together with The Witmark Demos, they provide the public with a wide-ranging view of Bob Dylan's work during the 1960s, and chronicle his amazing evolution from fledgling songwriter to one of the world's most inventive and singular recording artists.

Supuestamente, y según un mensaje de twitter del sello Young Turks ya se puede descargar el mp3 de "FM tan sexy", la segunda canción que hemos escuchado de "Pop negro" de EL GUINCHO y que la semana pasada la presentaban sus primos en un vídeo así molón de surf y tal.
Pero yo por más que lo intento, no lo he conseguido, le doy a download y me baja una y otra vez la anterior, la de "Bombay".

And today, we are proud to announce the upcoming release of The Age of Adz (pronounced Odds), the first song-based full-length from Sufjan Stevens since 2005's Illinois. The Age of Adz will drop on October 12th (CD, MP3) with a double-LP following on November 9th.

It’s much too soon to cast descriptive lots, but we can say the new album sounds nothing like the All Delighted EP (although it shares similar themes of love, loss, and the apocalypse). Nor is this new album built around any conceptual underpinning (no odes to states, astrology, or urban expressways).
We can say it shows an extensive use of electronics (banjos and acoustic guitars give way to drum machines and analog synthesizers), and an obsession with cosmic fantasies (space, heaven, aliens, love), to create an explicit pop-song extravaganza, augmented by heavy orchestration, and maybe even a few danceable moments. Enjoy Your Rabbit meets the BQE. But with songs. Verse, chorus, bridge, backbeat. Gated reverb. Space echo. Get your boogey on.
The “Adz” of the title loosely refers to the apocalyptic paintings of outsider artist Royal Robertson (1930-1997), whose work is used for the album cover, interior design, and as general inspiration for the tone of the album.
